Conversation, not commands

From business software to an original product
CodeFusion is the independent software studio of Krystian Pawłow, a software developer since 2013. Its first original product is Neko — a physical AI companion designed to make advanced agents approachable.
Physical companion · working prototypeWhy Neko?
Agentic tools can do far more than an ordinary chatbot, but most people will never experience them because they require installation, configuration and technical knowledge. Neko brings those capabilities into an approachable physical device you can simply talk to and show the world around you.
Voice and text share one continuous, private timeline.
A camera, microphone and speaker make the agent part of the room, not another browser tab.
People decide what Neko may remember, hide, export or delete.
The person behind CodeFusion
I have been building software professionally since 2013. Neko is the first product I am building entirely as my own.
My professional work has focused on .NET, C#, Blazor, React and SQL Server. Outside work, I have long been interested in AI, electronics, robotics and embedded systems.
CodeFusion started in 2023 as the company behind my B2B software work. Neko is where more than a decade of software experience meets the things I kept exploring after hours — and the first original product built under the CodeFusion name.
